You need a PIPN account to use most of the product. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. A PIPN account may also be created as a "Business" — a separate profile an eligible human owner manages on behalf of an organization, distinct from that person's own personal account and personal reputation.
You're responsible for what you post — including posts, comments, Clips, Live sessions, Community content, and messages. Don't post anything illegal, infringing, or abusive, and don't use PIPN to harass, impersonate, or deceive others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms (see Section 3).
PIPN's Trust & Safety systems can remove content, reverse reputation gained from removed content, revoke badges, and suspend accounts that violate these terms or our content policies. Account suspension or deactivation restricts your ability to post, message, trade, or transact, but does not by itself delete your content.
Market data, prices, "Market IQ" signals, discussion, and any AI-generated commentary on PIPN are provided for informational and community-discussion purposes only. Nothing on PIPN is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and PIPN is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
Arena (Battles, Competitions, and Challenges) is a skill-and-commentary competition format with voting, scoring, XP, and leaderboard standing. Arena does not involve wagering real money on outcomes, and participation does not pay out cash prizes from PIPN. Nothing in Arena should be understood as a betting or gambling product.
PIPN AI (including general chat, Market Ask, Battle Explain, Compose assistance, Clip captioning, and discussion digests) is generated by third-party AI providers and can be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. AI usage is subject to daily limits. Don't rely on AI output as financial, legal, or professional advice.
PIPN's Marketplace lets sellers (personal or Business accounts) list digital products and services and lets buyers purchase them through PIPN's Wallet. PIPN charges a platform commission on completed orders, disclosed at checkout. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling what they list; buyers are responsible for reviewing a listing before purchasing. Disputes are handled through PIPN's order and refund flows described in your order history.
Creators can offer tips/gifts, paid posts, paid Live sessions, and subscriptions (including subscriptions to premium Communities). Subscriptions on PIPN are currently billed as individual charges rather than automatic recurring billing — you'll need to actively renew a subscription before it lapses, and you'll be notified ahead of expiry. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund amounts already paid.
PIPN's Wallet tracks your balance from sales, tips, and other earnings on the platform, and lets you withdraw to a linked bank account via our payment processor (Kora/Korapay). Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount and a disclosed withdrawal fee, shown before you confirm. Payment processing (deposits, purchases, and payouts) is handled by Kora/Korapay; PIPN is not a bank. Refunds, where applicable, are issued back to your PIPN Wallet or through the original payment method depending on the transaction type.
You keep ownership of content you post to PIPN. By posting, you grant PIPN a license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the product (e.g., showing your post in feeds, search, and notifications). PIPN's own branding, design, and product features are owned by PIPN.
PIPN relies on third-party infrastructure to operate, including Cloudflare (for video, live streaming, and real-time connectivity) and Kora/Korapay (for payments). Your use of those features is also subject to the availability and terms of those providers.
PIPN is provided "as is" during this private beta without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. This section is a placeholder pending full legal review and will be expanded with jurisdiction-specific terms before public launch.
Because this is a private beta, these terms may change as the product changes. We'll make a reasonable effort to let active users know about material changes.
