When you create a PIPN account we store your email address, username, display name, password hash (Business accounts have no password of their own — they're managed by a human owner's account), and any profile details you add, like a bio, avatar, or links. If you create a Business account, we also store its ownership record linking it to your personal account.
Posts, comments, replies, polls, Clips, Communities you create or join, Live sessions, and direct messages are stored so PIPN can show them to you and to the people you share them with, according to each post or community's visibility setting (public, followers-only, subscribers-only, or a private/paid Community).
We store your Arena participation (Battles, Competitions, Challenges), votes, scores, XP, and leaderboard standing. Market data and "Market IQ" content you view or discuss is not personal financial advice and isn't linked to any brokerage or trading account — PIPN doesn't connect to or access your outside financial accounts.
Direct messages and their reactions are stored so the conversation participants can see them. PIPN staff don't read your messages except as needed to investigate a report of abuse or a legal requirement.
When you use a PIPN AI feature (chat, Market Ask, Battle Explain, Compose assistance, Clip captioning, discussion summaries), the relevant text or context is sent to our third-party AI providers to generate a response. We apply daily usage limits and log usage for abuse prevention, but we don't use your private messages to train AI models.
Marketplace listings, orders, and reviews are stored to operate the order and dispute-resolution flow. Sellers can see the information a buyer provides for fulfilling an order (such as a delivery address or contact details relevant to the listing).
Your Wallet balance, transaction ledger, tips/gifts, subscriptions, and withdrawal history are stored to operate the Creator Economy and Marketplace. Deposits, purchases, and withdrawals are processed by our payment processor, Kora/Korapay, which receives the payment details needed to complete each transaction (such as linked bank account details for a withdrawal). PIPN does not store your full card or bank account numbers — those are handled directly by Kora/Korapay.
PIPN uses Cloudflare for video storage, Live streaming, and real-time connectivity (including WebRTC session routing), and Kora/Korapay for payments, as described above. These providers process data on PIPN's behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
When you report a post, comment, Clip, user, or Community, we store the report and the content it refers to so our Trust & Safety review can act on it. Taking moderation action (removing content, reversing associated reputation, suspending an account) is logged for accountability and appeals.
PIPN uses a session cookie to keep you signed in (via Auth.js) and does not use third-party advertising trackers. We don't currently run a dedicated analytics/telemetry pipeline beyond the operational logging needed to run and secure the product (such as error and request logs).
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and dispute-resolution purposes (for example, completed Wallet transactions are kept as part of our financial records). If you'd like your account or specific data deleted, contact PIPN Support. During this private beta, deletion requests are handled manually rather than through a fully self-service flow.
Because this is a private beta, this policy may change as the product changes. We'll make a reasonable effort to let active users know about material changes.
